Southern Conservatories offer an amazing 10 Year Manufacturers Guarantee on all our UPVC products excluding handles, locks & hinges which has an industry standard 12 Months Guarantee.
Solidor Composite Doors benefit from a 10 Year Manufacturers Guarantee, which covers all aspects of the door and multi-point locking mechanism. All furniture carries a 10 Year Mechanical Guarantee and a 5 Year Surface Finish Guarantee.
We also provide an Installation Guarantee of 2 Years. This means that if an issue does arise do not hesitate to contact us and we can arrange for our Service Engineer to visit your property. If it is within 2 Years of installation this is free of charge, outside of 2 Years the visit is subject to a minimal call out fee. However, be rest assured that your 10 Year Manufacturers Guarantee covers replacement of any parts needed free of charge (excluding handles, locks & hinges).
An installation older than 10 Years a competitive quotation can be provided for any new parts required.
Rollerdor electric garage doors have their own 2 or 5 Year Guarantee.

What is FENSA?
FENSA is an acronym that stands for Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme.
FENSA is a government-authorised scheme that monitors building regulation compliance for replacement windows and doors. As a FENSA Approved Installer, Southern Conservatories Ltd installations are assessed regularly by FENSA to ensure its standards are continually maintained.
What does FENSA do?
FENSA’s mission is to improve window and door replacements across the UK, by professionalising installers and protecting homeowners.
FENSA inspects installations to ensure work complies with all current building regulations, is energy efficient, and registered with the local council. Also, to verify that every FENSA Approved Installer’s Guarantee is insured.
Customer Peace of Mind
Southern Conservatories Ltd are a FENSA Registered Company. Once your installation is complete a certificate of compliance will be issued directly from FENSA to the homeowner.

What is QANW?
QANW is an acronym that stands for Quality Assured National Warranties.
An insurance backed guarantee protects the homeowner in the worst-case scenario; should the original installing contractor cease to trade and a defect with the installation appears.
Not to worry this is where, when issued, an insurance backed guarantee comes into effect and the homeowner can claim against the policy to rectify the faults, often saving the homeowner’s thousands of pounds.
The insurance backed guarantee policy received by the homeowner will detail what is covered by the policy and the duration of the cover which can be up to 10 years.
Once your installation is complete a certificate will be issued directly from QANW to the homeowner.
